GENERAL INFORMATION

Ticketed Events (i.e. Concerts, Hockey and Spectator Events):
The doors of the Arena will normally open for the general public one-hour prior to the event start time designated on the tickets.

The event arena has two primary seating sections: center ice and end zones. The practice arena has no fixed seating available.

Seating Capacity for Hockey: 2,100

Arena Dimensions: 85’ X 200’ – event & practice rinks (official NHL dimensions)

Parking: On-street parking as well as surface parking are available.

Public Elevator: The public elevator is located on the main floor near the Pro Shop.

ADA Building: All facilities are accessible to the physically challenged.

Security: Security staff is supervised and staffed by Jamestown police officers. T-shirt security is available on a per-event basis. Security needs will be mutually determined by facility staff and promoter. Additional charges may apply for Security.

Insurance: Customer shall maintain a certificate of Liability Insurance for the period of usage with a combined single limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence with two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) per aggregate limit. The Jamestown Center City Development Corporation dba The Jamestown Savings Bank Ice Arena shall be named as an additional insured on Customer’s commercial general liability insurance.
